This notice describes the current website contact experience. It does not replace privacy notices or confidentiality terms that apply to a separate professional engagement or client portal.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message, selected service and any optional phone or company details are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards the inquiry to gabriel@vpltax.com. VPL uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry and manage related communications. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days.
Form delivery and spam protection
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and may include a reCAPTCHA verification. These services may process technical information under their own policies.
Website services and external links
This version does not include VPL-added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting platform, access service and your email provider may process technical information under their own policies. External links take you to services with separate privacy practices.
Appointments and invoice payments
Appointment links open Calendly. Booking details, including your name, contact information, appointment time and answers to booking questions, are processed by Calendly to arrange the meeting. Paid consultations use Stripe for payment processing. Outlook and Microsoft Teams support scheduling and online meetings. Invoice payments are handled through the QuickBooks invoice link provided by VPL. Information entered on those services is processed under their respective privacy policies. Consultation requests by email are used to evaluate the requested service and coordinate next steps. This website does not collect payment card details.
Sensitive information and questions
Do not use the inquiry form to share tax documents, Social Security numbers or financial account details. For questions about information you have provided, contact Gabriel@vpltax.com. Additional privacy terms may apply when a professional relationship begins.
